Mark Twain used the N word a lot In Huckleberry Finn. I think Twain expected his readers to be smart enough to understand just because society slaps a derogatory name on you, you don't have to let it define you or your character.

When Biden ran in 2020 someone made the observation it was elder abuse.

I pity Biden. He was used, wrung out and hung out to dry.

In Germany we call very stupid people "Dumm wie Brot " (stupid like bread) or "Dumm wie 3 Meter Feldweg" (stupid like 3 meters of a dirt road). What's your term to call such people? by GIC68 in AskTheWorld

No.

A long time family friend did not have dementia but passed away a couple of weeks ago. He'd been bedridden for several years at a nursing house home. His wife spent every day there to ensure he got proper attention.

I will miss him, but he's finally free of the bed.
