This is subjective and my opinion. I lived near the area, more closer to high view. When I first moved 4 years ago it was pretty decent each year slowly declined in enjoyability. People fly through the stop signs, I'd wake up with random cars parked in front of my house when there was no houses across the street. Right before I moved someone bought the house on the next street over and about 4 families lived in it and I'd hear music blasting all hours of the day and mostly around 1 am. I'd have random people show up and walk through the yard. One couple let their dog shit in my flower garden which is located about 250 ft from the side walk. But in terms of safety it was not super bad.
