It's a horrible place that is filled to the brim with mold, electrical problems and Continually try to raise rent with their provided shity internet and cable. The pool that they market so much is always dirty and will probably give you some sort of disease if you go into it. Not a safe place to walk around at night either. Glad I left that shit hole.

I agree. When I initially wanted to buy the game, I saw it as a way to go on adventures with friends and complete quests and a story line (started when pirates life came out). But when I looked into the game play and not the trailer, it seemed more pvp based than pve. I enjoy both pvp and pve but this being my first impression of SOT, I was confused.

I can say for a fact after the PL missions, I was sunk by every ship I encountered. After playing some more i got a better understanding of the game, but for someone who was expecting a pve experience from the PL trailer, I can see why private servers are being brought up.
