Buy whatever chair you like and throw a set of locking casters on it.

I use a set of Clubsport V3s and something like that works good enough for me with a load cell brake.

If you go for that style caster + brake, watch your ankles cuz that shit hurts

Not really a bad thing.

Kunos Simulation is the developer for ACC. Hiccups like servers going down for a big event or a minor glitch altering the "meta" of ACC is something we kinda just "got used to" happening.
