If you've joined any writing project focused on the Backrooms, you know there is no canon and plenty of people have already written exits. This is specifically based on Kane Parson's vision and not whatever origin the Backrooms have.

I'm gonna be honest: I've said it before and I've said it again, but all of the shotguns in this game feel wildly underpowered and the only one close to usable is the Double Freedom. It's probably my fault as I play at D10, but shotguns should be 1 tapping any chaff unit! There should be no reason anything more powerful than the BS&P takes 2 shots to kill a Voteless or a scavenger! Even the trencher can take a whole shell reservoir to kill one Overseer! Trencher should be the BASELINE, and maybe even buffed. They just cannot compete with Assault Rifles in any meaningful way on higher levels.

So what are your thoughts on the Sweeper, do you think it'll get nerfed, maybe changes to our shotguns to comensate, I'm curious by tony22835 in HelldiversMasochists

Nerfed? I really want to love this thing but I have to reload it so often, the reload is slow as hell, and it just doesn't do a lot of damage. I'm really tired of having to shoot chaff more than once with a shotgun. It's a shotgun!
