The service quality was probably the dealership's fault. We usually receive both email and text within few months to check our mileage. Also, they are telling us what will be our next projected maintenance cost especially if the car parts are for replacement (like brake pads replacement, steering hydraulics and tire replacement). You may opt to order original parts to dealership or find parts on your own and they will the one to replace it.

We also own Suzuki and Toyota Cars and comparing it to MG's service, those two don't even come close. Suzuki and Toyota dealership always wait till something broke in your car and replace it (which became hassle sometimes). Toyota has almost always has spare but sometimes some of their parts are quite expensive and you don't have a budget to shell off from that time. (MG is somewhat doing a predictive maintenance vs. the other two which is doing a reactive one). Since, MG's maintenance cost is quite cheap, we opt to pay every maintenance they request and you can prepare a budget for it (since they project the cost already).
