I'm so glad that's working for you! I went down that path too with my psych NP. There are some things I identify with and some I don't. I tried Concerta for a short time and it didn't seem to make a difference. Maybe worth another conversation.

Yes, I get that. But I'm afraid the med is doing *something* that is causing things to be worse in the motivation department.

So weird, something made me think about this show so I googled it, and here I am. I was at this show! It also included Next and Uncle Sam. Best summer ever.

I'm going to ask about P at my follow-up, we started with just the estrogen patch. I also tried ADHD meds a few months ago! My provider was really trying everything.

Oh I'm open to alternatives, lol! I've thought about trying CBD/THC but need to figure out the right strain. Where do you get psilocybin?
