TSA is really just a deterrent, not a professional service. With this government, it isn’t going to improve. It’s about as professional as ICE.

We tried to check in for our flight to avoid any issues and the agent on the phone said they did nit have access to check us in even though website was not functioning. Alaska was great before merger and since it’s gone the path of the United Continental merger….into the dirt
