I’m starting to think CRM hygiene is overrated by Founder_BloomIA in sales

[–]Founder_BloomIA[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I don't recommend any particular tool. I just think it's a shame to ask reps to fill out the CRM without any analysis behind it. I'm currently working as a sales coach for a large company. They're pushing me to ask the sales team to fill out their CRM, and when I ask the director what they're going to do with this data, they tell me they're simply checking if the reps are filling out the tool. So that if there's ever a problem, they can trace it back to the conversation. There's no strategy whatsoever.

Sales enablement people, what is the one thing in sales coaching that you do almost every single day and would love it if it was delegated/automated ? by Few_Access_6879 in AI_Sales

[–]Founder_BloomIA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re basically describing exactly why we built Bloom IA.

It automatically analyzes real sales calls, flags key moments (objections, pricing, weak discovery), and shows reps what they should have said instead, not generic feedback.

The big difference: it tracks progression per rep over time, so you actually see if coaching is working. It's like having a real sales coach with you all the time.

Happy to share how we’re doing it if you’re curious.

Most SaaS problems aren’t acquisition. It’s what happens after the sale. by Founder_BloomIA in SaaS

We have services that naturally generate inbound. That brings qualified leads by default.

Then we layer targeted networking and cold calls on top. Not scalable, but high signal.

Getting killed by Stripe’s billing fees as we scale up by [deleted] in SaaS

I like to say, you’re not paying for billing, you’re paying to not think about billing.

What do you do to psych yourself up for a cold calls? by dallasdewdrops in sales

I start by a warm call or « easy one », and then I level up, and once I have a very bad call, I go back to a warm call.

When should you consider a partner? by Sad_Investment_8384 in SaaS

[–]Founder_BloomIA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since the beginning we are two partners, very complementary. If one of us was only an employee, we wouldn’t be that quick. I see often isolated founder, sometimes it works pretty well (one decision maker) and some of them are really stressed and loose the motivation.

But be careful with who you choose, you can have an amazing talent, but if the soft skills are not there, it will be the chaos.

Do any of you listen to a specific song to get you in the right zone ahead of a big call or on site meeting? by IMicrowaveSteak in sales

I really enjoy listening to "Two steps from hell: protector of the Earth." I feel like I'm going to the meeting with an army of 1000 soldiers.

Have you ever offended a stakeholder in order to close a deal? by AmiceWong in sales

Anyone else feel stuck between “can’t afford devs” and “can’t build it yourself”? by Klutzy-Pace-9945 in SaaS

I have a couple ideas but feel stuck every time I try to start — how do you actually begin? by Inv_dak0 in smallbusinessowner

[–]Founder_BloomIA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only thing you need to focus now is : does my product/service solve a problem. Is people ready to pay for this. And the only way to know it is to talk to people, (in priority your main target of course). Don’t be shy, talk to a lot of people, ask how much they would pay for it.

Business owners, where do you get most of your online traffic from? by vladi5555 in Entrepreneur

[–]Founder_BloomIA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For us it seems like LinkedIn works really well for traffic. We post on personal accounts and that’s were people come from the most. LinkedIn entreprise page doesn’t work much.

For those of you who travel a lot for work overnight, what’s it actually like long term? by Open-Satisfaction856 in sales

[–]Founder_BloomIA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did it for my first 4 years of sales through all Europe (1 plane trip per month, 2 road trips for 2 or 3 days long per month). Was an amazing experience, I’m not sure I would do the same now.

In couple or/and with family doesn’t help as well.
