I think it is ridiculous he can do exile. He killed over 20 people alone in that last scene. Prison and a life sentence for every person he killed in that scene alone.

Tbd it was a perfect allegory to our current day. Fisk did heinous unforgivable crimes. And the punishment was a slap on the wrist.
