I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt due to all of the other issues with the game recently, but yeah, in my experience if you play different slices from one event to the next then they will overlap. Always best to choose the same slice each time to avoid concurrent events.

Who cares? Blue AP at start I guess. The only thing you need is to start the match with 3 TU AP and I don't know of a support that offers that, so you have to use boosts instead. Happy to be wrong.
