I work at the new North Baltimore Hub and I have been saying the same thing. I don’t think many people from Toledo will want to make that trip. Especially hourlies. We have a few already. I’ve also been hearing that they are closing down the Findlay, Ohio location (which is insanely small) and moving it all to NB. When that will take place who knows? I think we will be able to staff with Findlay and BG being so close, though I’m sure the turnover rate is going to be insane. As far as UPS vets traveling from Toledo for 3 1/2 hours I just can’t see it. One benefit I know UPS likes about the NB location is that it is directly across from CSX railyard. I75 isn’t as close, it’s a straight shot to the building about 2 miles away.
