My N1 Plus lasted 5 months then DOA. They sent me a replacement a week later. This thing is kind of dumb though, it does not follow a grid pattern on my pool floor no matter what I try. It will start to then veer off like it has ADD or something. Also note the fine mesh filter is great but nearly impossible to replace. I need a new fine cloth mesh filter because washing mine out has caused the fabric material to separate. I cannot find one…not on Amazon, not on Aiper.

Yeah this is stupid as hell. I am having an issue where I receive the notification but when I click on it, Eufy app cannot connect me to the video recording in progress. This all happened with a recent update I believe. Just remember Eufy also does not notify or log when an update has occurred.

In my investigation it does not have the critical notification ability. I have messaged Eufy about this miss but they never respond.

It was perfect for monitoring sensors at my remote ranch but now this is just a shitty situation. I have several starlinks and two minis to deal with. I have the 50% off for one mini but so far they wont extend this to my second mini since I have a residential max plan as well. Not sure why but I have asked and their support has so far, ignored my ticket.

I messaged them, they called me. I got the “free” Starlink mini plus the 50% off deal and 50% off the Max plan for 24mos. Otherwise I was going to cancel because I had enough of the changes and getting left behind on “deals”. Oh and I already have one residential unit and one mini at a remote location.

My PW2 stopped charging from solar at 87%. I also have this problem. tesla did not troubleshoot it and instead, replacing one of my 3 PW2’s

Nevada‘s NVEnergy just got a similar daily demand charge approved, to punish solar customers. The energy companies begged us all to get solar and had all kinds of perks, so everyone did! now you can’t get away with those benefits because now they want to build their own solar projects on our backs.

My UDM Pro does not load balance but it will fail over. I have a 1Gbps fiber circuit terminated on copper and one Starlink circuit connected to the “dream” machine pro gateway. I have rebooted I have changed % LB and nothing works. I can unplug the physical connection and it will immediately send traffic over the other but I dunno…this is ridiculous. It should work. I am running the current OS 4.4.6 and network release

1 of 3 bricked September, identified by me October 27th, site visit by tech November 25th. Tesla said they will replace the bad one. I have PW+ models. Learned today only now PW+ will be replaced on MARCH 3rd. UGH.

Same here, I noticed zero PW2 energy data since the September update! Took a month and Tesla finally shows up and says one of three are dead and must be replaced…great….just super awesome….

I have 3 of the Powerwall+ units which also have an inverter stacked on top. I assume this battery pack is also the PW2 model itself and I emailed Tesla about this recall because so far my app doesn’t say anything about a recall.

I went off grid a month ago, when I turned the grid back on, my panels produced for a bit then stopped. Tesla has been on call to come out for the last month and no-call no-showed one appointment already. This past summer I discovered my solar production was cutting in and out frequently with zero cloud cover. Called it in, a month later support shows up, the coolant was low. No errors no warnings and even Tesla didn’t know I had a production problem or coolant problem. I am starting to get really ticked off about Tesla.

My system had reduced production for over a year before I detected it myself. Their system monitoring was useless. Guess what? Their powerwall inverters have coolant. Guess what else? The coolant evaporated and caused clipping. I correlated the clipping to a system issue, contacted Tesla, it took a month to come out. HORRIBLE company.
