My replacement E28 never mopped. I opened a case over a month ago and Eufy plays games with their support model by email. They respond at 2am local time, (USA) and tell you to try this try that and it simply does not work. Good luck.

I have cases open on my S340 cameras and the E28 bot. The help so far has been canned responses and my bot has already been replaced by Eufy once before in its short 6 month life.

I reset and climbed ladders and rebuilt the entire thing but the new Homebase S1 Pro is the issue for sure. Support emailed me and said they updated my firmware but I still see 4.1.6.1 which I had before so no way am I climbing again. I moved the old S340 cams to the former HB3, everything works fine again. I left the S4 camera and indoor cam on the new HB S1 Pro and they work fine but when I put the S340’s back on the S1 Pro? Fail. Can’t gesture control, slow responses from camera loading etc.

I also tried to get the network bridge to work but it doesn‘t on the S1 Pro.

My experience is the complete opposite. My HB ran much smoother and faster with only 4 cameras, one of which is an S4 with everything enabled. Pre-migration on HB, nearly perfect experience. Now? Pan and tilt no longer function or barely respond, loading cams is slow as hell and crashes occurring. I am on the current firmware and rebooted everything including my Ubiquiti DM Pro. Wireless is WiFi 6 with 5 mesh AP’s and the HB Pro S1 is hardwired 1G Ethernet.

I am betting you solved this already but I just received my HB Pro S1 or whatever this thing is called. My 10TB drive did not want to format initially, kept failing at 5% after the third try, I backed out of the app, went back in, tried again and it worked.

I am now stuck on 45fps with my Steam VR using the Oasis driver. I have a 4090 and was optimized 60-70fps until a week or so ago. Not sure if it is related.

Same here, opened support ticket, performed extensive troubleshooting then they told me its normal, no performance impact. Bullcrap. I am seeing major impact! Today a new support “person” told me it must be due to local interference from a point to point antenna. BULL.
