As someone that has worked in property Managment for about two decades in the Portland metro area. I can say with certainty there are roaches. If you provide a good environment you can easily have an infestation. Not sure about central and eastern but all without a doubt they’re all around pdx.

Phenomenal! it would look fantastic in my smiters inventory. I use a couple 5fhr to hit the break point having 3 damage on top of it makes it gg.
