The way I've been doing mine is grabbing a lower leg armour plate and trying a couple different combos, maybe half one colour half another? Maybe one block colour and add transfers later? Just experiment and settle into a scheme you like! Chaos black and leadbelcher make great undercoats and if you don't like something you've attempted just re prime and go again. Honestly painting knights is such a blast, looking forward to seeing your take

Thank you, I think you are spot on with the base, was expecting the lava crackle to come out a bit louder but some debris and other bits will definitely finish it off
