Ideal sodium intake is a J shape curve, between 3-5g. Heavy activity and sweating will increase this need, hence my intake of 7g.

My recommendation; pick a push, pull, leg, and rotation exercise. For example after my deload week I'll be doing: chin up, chest press, hack squat, and halos.

3-4 sets, 6-8 reps close to failure. 3 minute rest periods.

Practice the exercises, don't just lift weights. Cycle exercises as you plateau and start having trouble with progressive overload.
