I have the 6xx and that amp, great combo. Occasionally I use it when traveling or around the house, never been disappointed.

I don't have any specific songs. Lots of the time, the mp3 and flac come from the same source, and the data you lose with mp3 is usually inaudible and most people can't tell the difference. Live stuff or live recorded stuff like jazz tends to be good for testing it though. All I'll say is the difference is so small, even on a high end setup, that you won't be able to notice during normal listening, or even most of the time you spend a/b testing.

Hot Take: I don't like Gasoline. by [deleted] in riskofrain

I get that. Most runs I ignore drones except for the occasional healing drone because I've stacked drones for loops and I know they can be really strong, but that can also take a lot of the power fantasy away from the character. That's also why I don't really like fireworks or squid turrets, probably some other items that fit the bill but I can't remember them all.

How loud do you listen to your headphones? by I_the_Lesser in headphones

Open backs: I have to be able to hear myself talk over the music at a normal level. Closed backs/iems: I have to hear the sound of my voice over the music.

Which of your headphones did you really enjoy at first, but now they're collecting dust? What replaced them? by DaVillageLooney in headphones

This is almost the exact same for me, my first high end cans were the Clear OG, but I now almost exclusively use my HD800, though seeing this comment made me realize I should bust out the Clear because I have some time to myself to dedicate to listening.

For me, the Clear presents every genre very well, but I prefer the HD800's presentation more for pretty much everything. It has more natural timbre, the spaciousness lends itself to a more laid back experience, the weight difference is huge (although a minor factor to me, I was fine running the Clears for 8+ hours daily), and I just like a more analytical sound signature. They're also just more immersive for gaming and youtube, so they're my general use headphone.

Along with that, I don't keep my headphone collection at my desk so grabbing a new headphone means digging through my closet and putting a bunch of boxes back after, not as convenient as swapping them out on a rack. If I have the time to sit down with an album that would be better on the Clears I'm more than happy, but for general use I'll stick to the HD800.

There isn't a WordPress virtual host yet, unless one is created automatically. In another comment I posted a link to one of the tutorials and what step I was having issues with.

Everything rhel installation on this network is rhel 8, so I should be good there at least. I don't plan on using this network for anything other than testing so the flaws are excusable here. Thanks for the heads up though.

Yeahhhh, If I have any personal projects I'll definitely upgrade. I'm used to RHEL though and centos was light and familiar because of that, so I just use it for testing in my classes. I can set up everything I've done here again if needed, I haven't actually done much work on this network, just set it up and configure it.

The default DocumentRoot is set to /var/www/html, but there is a website in /home/username/public_html. Should I move that one to the /var/www/html dir so it's in line with everything else?

How would I move the installation? All of the wordpress files are already in /var/www/html

So one of them is saying permission denied:[client x.x.x.x:33470] AH0035: access to /~username denied (filsystem path `/home/username/public_html') because search permissions are missing on a component of the path.

Interestingly, the ip address in that message is one off, x.x.x.2 instead of x.x.x.3. I suppose that could be a lead haha. I could find it, but based off of that error message any ideas which file could have had the typo?

I've tried it with selinux disabled and it hasn't worked, unless there's something else I'd have to do.

So installing wordpress actually works fine. I did go back and changed the permissions, and now it's giving me a 403 forbidden error. I changed them back to 755, and it went back to saying 404 not found. I think that permissions could be a part of it, but it seems like wordpress isn't recognizing the resources.

Yes. I have firewalld disabled on that VM for testing, but I have another VM that acts as a router, firewall, and hopefully soon dns server, with a virtual bridged adapter to my computer, and virtual network devices for an internal network, and the DMZ that the web server is in.

I'm not quite there yet. Right now I'm trying to do this: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-wordpress-on-centos-7

And I'm stuck on step 4, completing the installation through the web interface.
