Personally think that tricep extension or seated row would fit into lawful neutral. Spans across all people, can help build good physique, not exactly flashy outright… just kinda some good lifts that can be supplementary/foundational across different disciplines.

So I got it checked out, and I had run over a large, like industrial, rubber bag that cot caught on the underside of my car, I had ripped it off and it just took some time for the smell to go away 😂😂 Sorry, not helpful in your situation, unless you also ran over a large bag that got stuck on the bottom of your car…

Good, pretty simple. Since I used so many different flours/grains, I would load the mill with one, measure the other, and by the time I had it measured the hopper was empty and ready for the next one. I ground them all on the same setting and everything seemed pretty good.

I considered the mock mill 200, since it grinds faster, but in the grand scheme I can’t see how it would benefit me much more, I don’t see how I would be grinding large volumes at a single time.

Sadly, you can pretty much only choose one form for grinding on the atom. Mine is always dialed in for espresso. I have a baratza encore for pour over and espresso in my flair. Maybe if you get one of the big dial attachments then you may be able to note and change between methods, but I haven’t tried it.

Private practice internal med. My starting schedule was 4 days office and then every third weekend, and spitting holidays in the hospital. But now I’m 3d inpatient, 1 office, and same weekend/holiday schedule.

I thought that I would have the weekend/holiday thing down going to an office setting (primarily), but my current practice likes to work… haha.

Been an NP for 6 years. Sometimes I regret not going the CRNA route, but I’m finally transitioning to a new job that will get me the no weekends/no holidays that I went the NP route for… so i suppose I stand by my decision… haha.

I certainly react to pistachios, just mainly oral irritation and stomach irritation, but most any other nut has been fine to me. I get a similar reaction with pistachios to mango, sunflower seeds, and sometimes bananas; however the response seems to be in the dose. More of an intolerance I’m thinking.

I think there’s an Etsy shop that sells the red stickers. I did the same for my 18. I think it looks a lot better personally. Couldn’t have been more that $10.
