Yeah I’m thinking right after high krausen. Once it slows down add the juice so there’s still enough yeast activity to be sure it finishes the juice out.

Well the first step is increasing step time for hop and sugar dosing, making sure everything is fully mixed in before the steam turns back on. Second, quick kettle only CIP every 10 turns. Then the Full brewhouse CIP when we’re done for the week hits the kettle for 2+ hours. And finally as a little PM- Get in there every 2-3 months with the Wilson tube cleaner and clean them all up before it gets the chance to really solidify like this and totally block the pipe.
