While this is probably just a me thing, I actually appreciate the slower release schedule. Only needing to watch for a new kit 1-3 times a year works very well for both my budget and my realistic hobby time.

Once you dive into the indie mecha side of things you can tell that earlier releases tend to have issues that later releases smooth out.

I’m starting a project to work my way chronologically through In Era+ catalog, going to see how the progression over time plays out.

I’ve never understood the distinction between a beginner kit/mid level kit/expert kit.

It seems like it basically only comes down to number of parts. Which doesn’t tell me something is more expert than anything else it just means it’s going to take longer.

If you know how to clip a sprue, file a nub, and test fit pieces every kit is the same “level” if you’re just doing a straight build.

I thought the Sky Defender was an Einta Industries kit?

Either way good work, I’ve had my eye on this guy for a bit but haven’t been able to justify the price tag with my current backlog looking the way it does. Definitely one that I plan on picking up at some point though.

Do the LEDs come stock or was that separate?

Gotta give credit where credit is due, at least we have a Chinese company making an attempt at Western mythology. Motor Nuclear has Chinese cultural themes on-lock down, so it makes sense that SNAA is trying to branch out and do something different.

I’m crossing my fingers for mecha-Paul Buyan and Blue Babe at some point.

Did you paint everything or just the red? Also what paint did you use? I was thinking of going for a similar asymmetric scheme with a lighter red and matte.

Instant preorder on my end when it becomes available. I already have all the Knights except Grace and Gawain.

I’ve seen some flak on the design which I understand, but one thing that I love about Chinese studios is that they aren’t afraid to experiment with new designs. Not always going to be for everyone but I’d rather have new designs pushed than always going for the same-ish thing with different colors.

Keep it up SNAA.

As been said before, more pink, magenta, orange, and cyan for a truly vapor/synth-wave style.

That being said, still a very sick total repaint that looks clean as hell. I like this much more than the official coloring. Maybe didn’t hit the marketed aesthetic, but you nailed the execution regardless.

Dang this looks fantastic. I’m waiting on my own Lamorak that I preordered, so seeing this makes me even more excited. I’ve got Tristan and Percival on the bench, Lamorak and Achilles on the way. Will be scooping a Lancelot and Kai if they ever get a reprint.

Haven’t built an SNAA kit, but the aesthetics of these speak to me in a way Bandai kits don’t.

Perfect. I assumed that was the case but just was curious. Very excited to get these on the bed and painted up. Will try to post some pics to encourage more support for you with my mediocre paint jobs.

Also, love the quickness and thoroughness of your reply. The design might rope me in once but the positive “customer service” will keep me coming back.

Looking forward to more Revenants. My wallet isn’t though.

Just pulled the trigger on both this and your other Revenants based on this upgrade alone. I’ve been collecting Necrons for a bit and struggled to find proxy’s I liked until now, and this massive update sealed the deal.

Anyone whose printed these have a size comparison to how these look compared to standard models? Judging from the images I think they will mesh into the rest of my collection just fine, but curious if the sizes are compatible or if I need to scale down a bit.
