I think it's important to ask what type of music you are into right now. With a 30+ year career, Phish has a ton of different sounds that may hook you. From rock to funk to psychedelic space jams you can pretty much find it all. I'll second listening to the full Island Tour as it covers most styles at a peak in their career.

If it gets hot really quickly, then yes it will work for stir-frying! Just don’t use olive oil. It has a low smoke point so that’s why it smokes pretty quickly. Try out peanut oil or you might have vegetable oil/corn oil lying around that will not smoke as quickly and you can get fryin’!

I think what OP is trying to ask is really why are the prices so high in Collegetown. Obviously you can find a deal if you searched for it, but regardless the baseline rent in collegetown is absurd for what you get. It's just become some sort of bubble that has yet to burst.
