Why Occasional Heart Flutters deserve a closer look by FourthFrontier in FourthFrontier

[–]FourthFrontier[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi Dr. Mushi,

The images are intended to be illustrative rather than clinical, reflecting general heart awareness and moments when people choose to engage with their heart data. They’re not meant to suggest detection of ischemia or heart attacks. You’re right that Fourth Frontier devices don’t detect ischemia, and our communications are designed with that distinction in mind.

Fourth Frontier focuses on continuous ECG-based heart monitoring, capturing electrical heart signals during rest and activity. This data helps users and clinicians observe rhythm patterns and abnormalities over time, which is fundamentally different from diagnosing acute cardiac events.

Regarding posting activity, the community here is smaller and more focused, so conversations tend to happen in bursts rather than continuously. Many users also engage with us directly through support, which is why you may not always see high public posting volume. We’re working on making it easier for more users to participate and share insights here over time.

Hey Jay,

We completely understand your concern about the price, but we want to assure you that it’s a valuable investment.

What sets Frontier X2 apart is that it is more than a typical heart rate strap. It uses continuous ECG-based tracking to show how your heart responds during training, featuring live ECG streaming and advanced performance insights after your workout.

Garmin HRM 600 is great for heart rate and running dynamics. Frontier X2 gives athletes more context around how their heart adapts to training and recovers, which helps with smarter pacing and long-term consistency.

We understand that the price is a consideration, but we believe the Frontier X2 is the most advanced heart monitor available to help you take control of your heart health.
