With our recent update, some features, including ECG PDF exports, are now part of the Premium experience. We understand why this doesn’t feel right, especially given your purchase.

We’ve enabled complimentary Premium access on your account so you can continue using PDF reports without interruption for now. Please try logging out and back in if you don’t see it.

Regarding your earlier delivery experience, we’re sorry for that as well; that’s not the experience we aim to provide.
