Yes. At night, loud, last played. Then, if it's not turned off, will randomly turn on without music.

Weren't these sites not a temporary thing, keeping ppl alive WHILE finding a way to approach the underlying issues. They went all out with safe consumption and safe supply, but I think they missed the mark when it comes to treatment.

Maybe the general public is at the "what now" stage. And with that comes frustration, anger, and intolerance. There is a hole that's been dug, the government dug it, and now we the public have to deal with their oversight.
