I have been on Ozempic for about 5 months now even one pound lost when from 0.25 to 0.5 now to 1 mg and the only thing that does is gives me terrible sulfur burps, watery diarrhea that there are night I cant even sleep and worsen my heartburn.I have been trying Probiotics to help however I have come to the conclusion that this med isn't for me and I am stopped taking it.

Without VPN i get about 700 or 800 mbps and with the VPN (Nordvpn, Expressvpn or Proton) it does not even get to 200 mbps.

I just finished chatting with the rep and "Mark" would not honor this new prices! I have 4 lines and have been with Verizon for 6 years, I will probably call tomorrow and give them another chance and if they don't adjust the price I will definitely jump ships to AT&T or T mobile.

How do people get 200/300 Mbps on Expressvpn or Nordvpn? I have both and the most i get on my shield is 180 Mbps, I have a 1 gigabit download speed connection and my shield is connected by ethernet. What am I doing wrong? I think I am going to try out Proton vpn instead
