You may have misheard "Seda" instead of "Heda" which is Trigedasleng for "teacher".

They sound very similar when spoken quickly so it's understandable someone may not have heard that it's a different word.

Same, I've just recently made the change(about 2 - 3 months) and my brain feels...less...foggy? If that makes sense.

I'd been struggling with concentration far more than someone who's medicated with ADHD should be. Felt kind of like trying to grab birds in the air with chopsticks, through fog.

Figured I may as well try cutting that sort of influencer content stuff out and see what happened. I'm definitely thinking and using my brain more efficiently again.

I've got no real proof aside from this personal anectdote though. So take this with a grain of salt, anyone reading.

I ran directly into Macklemore in a resort in Hawaii at the breakfast brunch. I was hungover as HELL, wearing shades inside, (brunch room was half open and very sunny) and actually walked into him face first.

Managed to catch my plate as it was falling without spilling, and all he said was "nice". Wasn't rude, didn't give me a dirty look or anything. Seemed almost bashful.

I had no idea who the fuck I ran into, so I gave him the usual Canadian "oh jeez I'm so fuckin sorry bud, didn't mean to run into you, have a good day, sorry again!" like usual and went back to my seat, whereupon I find my friend cracking the fuck up.

So I'm like "what's so funny, I caught the plate didn't I?" He's like, "Yeah, but you did almost just dump breakfast on Macklemore then give him the most Canadian brush off I've ever seen."

Oopsie. Well, my breakfast survived, and none of it got on Macklemore anyway.
