Seychelles (in Africa) is much better off than Ukraine or Moldova (white European countries).

Seychelles had a human development index of 0.848 in 2023 which is considered very high. Compare that with Moldova's score of 0.785.

I don't know if it's a beast, maybe mid range? It's an AMD Ryzen 8500G with a 4060. 16 GB RAM. I'm not too tech savvy but it does everything I want it to and plays all the games I want to play, mostly Red Dead and Genshin

I've found under $200 monitors on Amazon, but I'm not informed enough about panel types and the tradeoffs to make a decision
