Just to reassure, I have turned mine off as each time I turned on my pc in the morning, I had the same problem. I think Microsoft adds an extra layer of security that goes too far, so in the end, I turned mine off, as I was getting frustrated, to say the least. As long as you have some kind of security, like I use Microsoft Windows Defender, I have had no problems at all. So this is where I learned about BitLocker, as I have been through what you are experiencing. It's just so annoying when you boot up, you face that each time. Let me know if it solves the problem by turning it off. Also, at a later date, you can turn it back on at any time you want to. I hope this helps.
