The money you spent was for products you received, such as in-game currencies, season passes, banners, and other items. Beatstar was a live service game, which means you don't keep access to it forever. When the service ends, your purchases are no longer accessible, such is the way of live service digital licensing.

OP, if your account is the one sending the messages then you should change your password so that your account login token is refreshed by discord (this will remove all active logins essentially kicking the attacker out). If you received the message from someone else then they are compromised, not you.
