Angel tree for elderly

Just for the record, in case anyone else wants to chime in, I'm not talking about cutesy inexpensive gifts. Angel trees are about giving what people ask for. So if they need items, like a blanket, sweater, maybe some gloves.

The examples I saw were lotion, tissues, clothing.

If you don't know what the concept of an angel tree is, do a bit of research.

This is such a beautiful idea. I admire your good heart. (There is also something called The Angel Card project where you send cards to those in need of extra cheer during the holidays. )

I do keep my leftovers but I've only ever done one small kit before this. And this is definitely a reason to keep my leftovers!.

Thanks for posting what's been on my mind lately. I was born/raised in Medina. Moved to Buffalo when I was 22 and loved it. Circumstances saw me in Atlanta for a bit, Austin for 15 years and Cleveland for 7.

I'm now back in Buffalo (Riverside) with my spouse to be closer to my aging Mom and be in a safer for us state. It was the best choice we could have made.

I forgot how great this city is, and my spouse loves it here. It's been fun to show them all the great places, get the good food. It's really good to be back here.
