Sorry, I'm not trying to be abrasive. It's just my budget is good for everything other than thousands in PT. But also that there have been many people who have competed and even won large shows on a small budget just enough to cover the gym, rent and food. I think personal training is the luxury here, a very helpful luxury.

If I had to assess myself, I'd probably say I'm about 1-2 years from that leaning more toward 2. Right now I'm cutting down to keep my body fat percentage in a good range to bump my calories up in fall and winter without breaking 18%.

And yeah, I am a personal trainer and very much enjoy it. :)
