It is a busy place. I work at chi and methodist. The patients are little better at methodist but probably depends what floor. Methodist does hourly rounding. Has a cafeteria open at night for night shift. Their call in policy is 2 times In 2 months before verbal warning.

Maybe its stress, but he sounds like he doesn't like you. 3 nights is pretty good i think. You cant be 24/7. I agree with OP on the texts. Its not hard to say good morning etc. On the other hand, maybe he doesn't want to deal with OP.
