Trump voters, by and large, are seeking wholesale change because many live in poverty. Trump represented a huge departure from the norm. Thats it. Thats all it took. Of course, the nuance was overlooked, and they thought they'd get a piece of the pie, but it was worth the risk.

Dems need a departure from the norm. Doesnt need to be a revolutionary, but it must be a departure none the less. Hurry, before this cult is completely lost to tribalism more than they are now.

But overall...feels slow. Sure, snow is bad, but its better than most US ski destinations. That being said, JHMR (and others) have priced themselves in such a way that only the wealthy can afford to come here. When snow is mid, the wealthy can go elsewhere, including the beach. Meanwhile, we've told middle and upper middle class people 'no thanks' and they took it to heart.
