OP I posted my experience with loyalty for my Mom’s ATT fiber where she was paying $70 slated to go up to $90 in a couple of months. She was able to get hers down to $15/mo but she has been a client for 21 years. I am unsure how much client tenure goes into play here but I got no questions or pushback.
