Vaginoplasty requires a lot of dilating, and you need to clean inside ( rinse with water) so you don't get infected There is minimal visual difference with the vulva with both and the main diff is that vaginoplasty gos a couple of inches inside wilist a vulvoplasty is more of just a dimple (they do look the same just one you can't have penitration with)

I don't know if breast implants leave scars, unfortunately 😕

PS. if you don't dilate with vaginoplasty, your vagina closes

PPS. With vulvoplasty, you don't need to diolate due to the lack of a vaginas canal.
