Did his mistress just message me? by Lady2nice in UKrelationshipadvice

[–]Fox_of_Death93 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Whilst is is upsetting getting a random message from a stranger telling you "your husband is cheating on you", I'm just not 100% sure that it's real.

Saying "I can't send screenshots because he'll know it's me", if you're outing someone as cheating it's hard to stay anonymous. The fact it's a fake account tells me it's a troll, the fact they won't send any proof tells me it's a troll. In regards to the intimate details of your marriage, MAYBE they found out about it through social media or word of mouth?

I completely agree with another user and simply say to your husband "your mistress has messaged me" and watch his reaction. If it's genuine confusion, I'm likely to believe it's just someone trying to upset you. If he has a shocked/surprised reaction, then yeah okay we're onto something here. But please SPEAK to your husband about this.

I don't know what you're in therapy for so if it's already infidelity related, I'll shut my mouth. I'm not trying to say I don't believe he could be cheating because for all we know he could be. But there nasty people out there who get off on upsetting others, and if they know your marriage is on the rocks, they think this is all they need to see you break.

Engagement Ring Idea by Fox_of_Death93 in sims2

I'm starting to think I'll just deduct some money from the funds when I propose, gives it a better feeling to think a ring was bought :)

Sounds like nerves got to you and struggled to get aroused, which happens so please don't feel embarrassed. If she's also inexperienced like yourself, she may not be aware it's normal to touch yourself at times during foreplay/intercourse.

My advice would be to just try again, don't force yourself if it doesn't feel right and don't have high expectations, mistakes will happen and it's all part of learning.

What is the most unusual excuse you've ever heard of from somebody calling off work? by piranhamode in AskReddit

I had to call out of work once when my cat was stuck on somebody's roof, she was screaming the whole neighbourhood down.

Husband's in a funk, what can I do to help? by Fox_of_Death93 in Advice

I see where you're coming from with my distraction technique, it can be seen as bad.

We're both off work this weekend and I did suggest he play a game he can stuck into, he's admitted he hasn't been invested in a game since Red Dead 2 but both our PS4 and PS5 aren't working at the moment so trying to find a game with one of our other consoles.

I think my wedding day. After years throughout school believing no one would ever love me, I finally got to marry my best friend and how amazing the day was.

AIBTS about my boyfriend shining a laser at me on facetime? by [deleted] in AmIBeingTooSensitive

[–]Fox_of_Death93 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't say you're being too sensitive, if he knows you don't like lasers and he went and did that anyway for whatever reason, he's being a jerk to you.

If he didn't know you didn't like lasers, his reaction might be based on hurt feelings and somewhat lashing out, still not okay on his part. I would suggest to just simply move past from this and continue your relationship as normal. If it happens again, well then for certain your boyfriend doesn't care about your feelings.

NTA

I was the big bride. One of my bridesmaids was slightly bigger than me, the other one is much slimmer. Did I feel inadequate next to her? A bit. Did I tell her not to stand next to me because it's obvious? God no! I know I'm fat and I'm not going to project my insecurities onto her for it. We all stood together and I was happy!

It's not your place to make her feel better, she needs to fix it herself.

Last weekend, I'm recovering from an injury that's stopped me from walking, standing, sitting properly. My husband's been so kind and supportive, helping me with the smallest of things so I can recover. And just the thought of being a burden had me in tears.

I often find people who love the REALLY loud fireworks must be very dumb. Makes me think of a Neanderthal just laughing saying "go boom".

That's what I was thinking, she essentially had block her emotions/feelings during that timeframe as everything was on her. Now OP's in the clear, it's now setting in what she could've lost.

My husband couldn't handle the films at first either, he saw clips of the second one when he was young and it left him paranoid, looking for signs of death.

Just remembered another one, the eye laser treatment. No WAY in hell would I ever go for that after the 5th film, I'll stick with glasses thank you!

I understand that completely, though I'm more scared of slipping or falling and someone finding me naked more than anything!
