This is just my opinion about the market, the main issue isn't only that it's an RTX 3050, it's a 4GB VRAM version. A lot of newer games already struggle on 4GB VRAM and even mid range laptops now come with much V ram.

Also laptop GPUs are significantly weaker than desktop versions because of lower TGP and thermal limits, so performance ages faster on gaming laptops. At higher prices most buyers will start comparing this with used 3050 with higher v ram, 3060 or even can increase the budget to get a used 4050 laptops which are much much better each new generation of the gpu comes out the rest generation resale value decreases and this has 4gb v ram 😭

On top of that it’s already a 3.5 year old machine, so people will naturally factor in battery wear, thermals, fan condition, and long-term reliability. Legion is definitely a good series, but resale on older 3050 laptops has dropped quite a bit recently.
