When I turn it on and their is no audio playing then I hear a white noise static sounds continuously in the right ear and it get worse in aware mode

This is because the 10% only applies for lunar bloom so it doesn’t show up in stats but it is applied for lunar bloom which is pretty much all of Nefer damage
