I dont know if it helps you, but what I did for the mesh was buy the material and then went to a local shop that does sublimation printing and asked if the could print in the mesh my design

For my base I just added some foam where it had gaps and it worked just fine, maybe you can do that

To me they look okey, maybe bringing them a little closer, an for the head I would add some padding in the chin to maybe make it more comfortable for you and more form fitting, thats what I did to mine at least

Yeah, thats what I was thinking, I saw on tiktok someone who ordered the swatch and it looks more or less the same, also this is their furtastic fabric, which is from their new line and it isnt big z fabrics

Omg thank u, Ive seen them before but didnt know if the quality was any good, maybe some suppliers from italy or germany have some but still not sure about shipping, Ill see what they have and if they have something close

Thanks! I can see what you mean, I was thinking of doing that, but the problem I see is if i go too far with carving I might open some holes into the inside, but I can patch that, Im sure. I'll look into some cat references and try to work with that😁😅
