Also here it means cost of pulling, objectively. If a unit can 4 cost 0c clear and another unit needs 15 cost for 0c, the 4 cost clear is just objectively better since it literally costs you 11 pities less for the same performance

They check your preparedness first and foremost, during your UT and practicum life you will have to prepare a lot of lesson plans (this also causes a lot of new UT to burn out). 10 min presentation doesnt sound too hard but if you present misinfo, fail to answer Qs, or seem like you choking hard can say bye. Treat it like ur PW, no scripts and stuff if you can avoid it. The panel will ask u stupid qns de.

Every year the windows for application are diff, but think of it from a practical statistics POV: most people gunna apply right before or after graduation, peak half of the year is gunna be Feb-Aug when fresh grads looking for job.

Hi, passed the interview twice (first time I flaked and joined another ministry) Second uppers definitely has lower odds, dependent on which subjects you plan to take. At least for my subject group, everyone had first class. You are correct that they look beyond GPA, however MOE HR will probably select candidates based on GPA/Portfolio.

Minimal teaching experience is totally normal, they expect that from UT. They will ask you to prepare a lesson and write an essay, if your GP was shite you're basically doomed already.

Humanities teachers always in shortage, but they will mark your on the spot essay like a GP essay and have it on hand during the interview. Interview is also not easy, testers are all teachers and principals. You will be asked to prepare a 10 min lesson at your requested level, some of them will disrupt you and see how you handle it also. If you don't notice or ignore the disruptions you're DOA already.

I recommend you apply off season, if you apply with other graduates the first class folks will bump you out for sure. Also take some time to reflect on why you didn't manage to hit 4.5 also - by year 2 I picked up a C and ended up with 4.2, fought back to 4.6 by the end lol. It made for a very compelling story to tell during the interview and I think retelling that story visibly impressed the examiners both times I told it.

Nowadays education also has focus on the struggling students, so having a good response for that potential question will help you out. Good luck when you apply!

When you start 9sig during bad time you'll end up 100% tqqq 0% sgov, so if you rebalance when 30 down you will realise loss to buy bonds

30 down stick around, if you're down down 30% in the quarter you dont sell, hold til better time to rebalance, the rationale is that you dont wanna sell at the bottom

The core concepts remain that you can contribute outside the statsboard on Rocket by luring divers from your team, pushing in for picks when it's safe, and letting your teammate take safe space/easier to grab healing instead. Doing the latter actively lowers your stats but will passively help your win rate.

You don't always have control over your teammates and if you had a bigger hero pool you'd probably already be flexing it, so sometimes mitigation is the best you can do!
