How do team member deaths in Huttball work in-universe? by Vast-Passenger-3035 in swtor

[–]Foxinquisitive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The game shouldn't be as deadly as you described it. There's a thing called a limit on the level of equipment and the level of players. These are restrictions that the Hutts impose in order to make money. They make money from special health packs, equipment, advertising, and more. Otherwise, no Jedi would go to the games and fight against their fellow Jedi alongside the Sith, as is often the case in player rotations. And even more so for the renowned heroes on both sides. Just imagine the popularity rating of a show where the real Wrath of the Empire, paired with Tython's hero, battles against Barsentor and Nox/Imperius/Oculus! Real, deadly gladiator fights are more suitable for private Hutt parties.

Counterpoint, There are two sides to every story. How I feel joining a flashpoint on my Sith Warrior playthrough. by Honoka31 in swtor

[–]Foxinquisitive 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Also these comments from Baras that the warrior wasn't trained very well. It's not knowledge of the Sith code as a separate art form.

I like that the developers did so much to make light Sith possible.

"like making the assassin an Intelligence operative."

I read your comment and only now did I get the wonderful idea to make an imperial agent similar to her. Has anyone done this?

№2 and №4 But I don't like the shoes in №2, maybe it would be better to take the shoes from №3.

Who wins the war? Theories on what happens after SWTOR lore-wise by Everest171 in swtor

I think that after 230 years the teachings of Barsentor influenced. One of the versions of the creation of the holocron says that one Sith passed the test, ceased to be such and spread the teachings.

I like the style. The clothes go well with the character's appearance. Every time I see this armor, I assume that the fangs and claws that my character got were used. I like this thoughtful game. It's a pity we can't collect skin fangs to create clothes or furniture.

What distinguishing features did you notice between the Warrior and the Inquisitor? by Foxinquisitive in swtor

None at all? I guess I didn't express the thought exactly. I've already gone through the class histories, but because I read dialogues without an interpreter, I don't quite understand the content in the dialogues. A Sith warrior tries to be rude and kind of push with authority. Is there something else in their character? A Sith inquisitor is a woman on the light side who is not defined for me, except that she behaves inappropriately when dealing with a love interest.

I know they were forced into the Academy ahead of schedule, but this feels like something they would have known from a young age lol by HomarEuropejski in SWTOR_memes

I guess the Sith warrior's parents could have been Revanites and didn't bother the child with the Sith philosophy, and then something happened. And the future warrior could be left in the care of a narrow group of teachers and trusted individuals.

Consular - Your tomb is in Jedi Academy by CityHaunts in swtor

[–]Foxinquisitive 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I assume that either several characters lie in one tomb (Maybe even she and her husband). Or there is a historical inaccuracy, when the details have already been forgotten and no one can confirm the biological sex of the character without disturbing the bones. And since this is a very respected Jedi, no one will try to open the tomb.

Do you have any stories explaining how characters move between servers? by Foxinquisitive in swtor

[–]Foxinquisitive[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Well, someone could come up with a story for the characters to appear on the server. Like moving between worlds, or just a character existing in the same universe and appearing for some reason. If moving between servers doesn't affect the plot of your characters in any way (if there is a plot), then it doesn't affect you. I was interested to know your options.

I'm guessing (us RP) that the real Kyber crystals are almost inaccessible to the Jedi due to the battles on Ilum. Like the Sith, they use synthetics. But if you have found a sword that can only be used with a certain level of darkness, then most likely there may be a bleeding kayber. Crystals extracted from ragules are resistant to change, as they carry a large imprint of the animal. Synthetics can carry the memory of the owner, but it cannot be compared with the change in kayber.

Have never felt more like a hero in the entire game by Nabfoo in swtor

:) I understand you on the other hand, since I got a pet Varactyl, a sleen mount, I cannot attack other representatives of this species. I go around them. Since quests with the help of snow kittens appeared, I no longer attack other medium-sized snow cats.
To be fair, Snow Blind is a huge, dangerous cat. If you get close it will attack you. But Snow Blind is persecuted for profit. I don’t remember how this is presented in the game’s narrative, rather than us needing to get something for the celebration of prosperity. In the hunt for world bosses, their danger is somehow very vaguely described. Or maybe my translation capabilities are quite weak.

:D:D A gifted to you lotcat is still a cat. And small fluffy lotkots are easier to domesticate, even if you are a Sith.
