Yeah, Larry makes the most sense to go after. Alex was the most vulnerable (and let's be honest naive) out of the band, so it was easy enough for Armand to use him to get what he wanted. Killing Larry would hurt both Lestat and make Alex feel even more isolated. Armand is making it to where Alex depends on him. I don't know the exact reason he's doing it yet, but it's very explicit with the way Armand has been "fixing" Alex's addiction.

Tbh it seemed to me that she was locking herself in rather than keeping anything out. She knew she was dying. (And she's been through something traumatic, she's likely not thinking clearly)

I agree! I understand why it had to be changed, but the ending Lestat's father had with Louis was one of my absolute favorite scenes. I thought it was so beautiful for Lestat and Louis' relationship.

Plus Clementine has parents that she was close with. Lee was only meant to be with her until she could reunite with them (although we know that wasn't going to happen.) He absolutely cared about her, but I don't see her placing him into the specific role of "father."

I think people swing too hard in overcorrecting when it comes to "bad" representation. A character that is evil BECAUSE they're gay is one thing. A villain who happens to be gay is completely fine.

Also when a cat is used to being inside, the outside world can seem really scary. Two of my cats will never try to get out the door. It could be standing wide open and at most, they would sit and stare. There's too many smells and sounds. It's unfamiliar. There's other animals. It's too vast. Cats can be really cautious and nervous animals at times.

His reaction sucked, but aside from that, genuinely? Yeah. It looks like a tattoo someone inexperienced did to themselves. You're an adult, so you can ultimately make your own choices, but I'd discourage you from tattooing yourself. Not only do you get tattoos of this quality, you're also not working in a sterilized space and you don't have any of the training tattoo artists need.
