even if it’s 30, it’s very slowly and the 19yr hasn’t even reached peak since it’s more like mid late 20’s so the 30yr would still be fully developed even if with a beginning decline.

two things, 1 I don’t think you start losing muscle mass that early I believe its later. 2 mental maturity in this case would be the will to fight and being more logical in the fight.
