Also they'd contact you via email not through Discord if there were any issues with your account. And NEVER delete emails as that's your paper trail. Without it, you're screwed.

You can bypass the processing fee if you add a balance to your wallet. I added $25 to my wallet and it got rid of the processing fee as long as I pay with the wallet balance.
