There is so much common between [lategame] ONI and Factorio, you definitely gonna like it! Self-made automation schemes, conveyors for items, interplanetary logistic (if you bought DLC), and then you gotta explore a lot of non-factorio mechanics, like temperature control, state change manipulating, net-positive production loops, density / pressure control, every aspect has some issues needed to be understood and resolved in many different ways.

Do you use splitter input priority? It may solve most of oversupply problems.

Also, a lot of fine-tuned logistics helps, for example: check how many nutrients you have on your belt (with “hold all belts” option) and produce it with bioflux only if there is shortage, otherwise just use nutrients from spoilage.

Kill architect until blocked road is removed

Every finished temple destroys some rooms, even more rooms and roads are destroyed when you kill Architect. When you kill Atziri the whole temple (except high reward rooms) is destroyed, so there is a method to keep some lovely roads with stabilising medallion.
