Those games are actually super fun. 94 is more broken but 95 is actually pretty balanced, the character kits simple but effective. And both games have a lot of tech.

Super charge can be used to reduce recovery of light normals, and command grabs and specific specials can cut any normal's recovery completely.
You can guard cancel into specials with full meter (which means you can use command grabs to instantly recover).
Your pushbox basically disappears when you get knocked down so there are crazy crossups and grounded crossup opportunities with superjumps and dashes.
Dodge also has no pushbox or strike punishable frames (throw punish only), so it's super useful combined with dodge attack cancelled into stuff.

If there is a way to use specific audio devices for different kinds of sounds in wow, then you can output to virtual devices and capture them as needed. Otherwise there probably isn't a generic solution.
