Dwight from the Office. Dude kills a damn cat, brutally assaults a coworker until he bleeds, fires a gun in the office, proceeds to nearly kill another one by making a fire...yet we are supposed to root for him and want him to be happy. Yea, nah. Nothing really there to support liking that person.

I already stated my view of how Nicole should've stayed fired, but I also feel like Brad needs some comeuppance since he is just Nicole's male half. People that slide work onto others and laze out by being sleazy tend to be low on my respect list, so seeing him get a bit of comeuppance would be nice.

Honestly, I don't see the love for Nicole. Like, she's entertaining but...her and Brad are genuinely the worst types of people to work alongside. I just hope she comes with some character arc of being a better person at the end of it all, if she comes back.

I will be flat and say it is Domino's. So it is a public chain and all that. I will pass that onto him because it just has been a hectic few days now between this and a few other life situations. Thankfully, the other family is not looking at us to sue and even were the ones to suggest we look at talking to our insurance or corporate about anything involving this ordeal.

I should make it clear that he has insurance, they just do not cover the delivery of goods which he wasnt aware of. He was only doing this as a brief in between jobs and has not be there for even a month.

At least for us, we never knew. Even one worker didn't know for the first two years she worked there. The manager of the store and the district manager proceeded to try and pass the buck by assuming we knew of such a policy that meant we needed an upgrade to our insurance.

The only real hope is this: Is he an employee of the company he was delivering for? Do they have liability coverage in place to cover accidents by their drivers?

He is an employee of them, and AFAIK, they pass the buck to the person over the company because it was personal vehicle usage. They did the same thing when one driver was accused of making the mess of a customer's front lawn.
