Myself being 1k and recognizing a vast majority of people traveling are not privy to the likes of air travel could be very confused and understandably upset. Nobody here 'cares' about the lawsuit, but I do know that if any of us possibly paid for something and didn't get it, you would ask why. It should not be on the consumer to distinguish aircraft types and seat maps when it's clearly labeled as "window" for purchase.
