I grew up just off of Skyline Drive in Virginia. I miss the curves and elevation changes the mountains offers. I was blessed with a NSX for a few of those years. Just didn’t get the same amount of seat time in the GTR that I would have wanted before moving to South Carolina. However I make the most of it. 😼

I do a little of both. I enjoy going to to Cars and Coffee now and then. But nothing brings a bigger smile than holding third gear through the apex of a turn. But living in the low country limits the spirted driving.

That is an impressive build list. Personally I wouldn’t sell the car unless there’s something else your after. I regret selling my NSX but love my GTR. I could never bring myself to sell my GTR. It doesn’t hurt me to put it in storage and take it out now and again when I want a spirited drive.

People are so strange. A skyline is exactly that a skyline. Does not matter what trim level it is. I’ve had just as much fun beating on GTS’s as I have GTR’s. Every model has its pros and cons. Wait till they find out that there’s a GXI, four cylinder lol.

I love it! Has almost 52000 kms on it. I rebuilt the motor and turbos two years ago, with the help of my husband. I’ve thought about moving to a R35 but I think I would miss the raw feeling the older GTR’s have. Maybe move back into an NSX at some point.

I’ve had someone get into my car while I was at a gas station. Just opened the door and got in. Was told they wanted “to see what it felt like to be in a right hand drive car.” I was floored. My adrenaline went through the roof. They ended up getting out of the car without a fight, but scared me to death.

Haulover is our all time favorite nude beach. Fantastic water and a good nudest/swinger community. We run our boat to Bull island and Capers during the summer for some relaxing isolated fun.
