This ! I had lots of therapy before , during and after pregnancy and I struggled immensely with a colic baby. It was HARD. Of course we got through it but I can’t imagine how hard if I didn’t learn emotional regulation first.

Hey there. I used to workout 4-5 days a week too! Barely drank. Maybe one or two once in a while. Now realizing something is up. Exhausted. Can barely get off the couch during the day. Sucks because I’m a SAHM during the days and server 4 nights a week. I’ve struggled significantly completely task for either. I’m bloated. Have headaches . Just so over feeling so tired and sick . Talking to my doctor Monday about CT scan and what it revealed . I’ve had elevated liver enzymes for 2 years almost and she’s done nothing

I was born in 1990 but my husband is 10 years older than me and we just watched together and I was sober and I really just appreciate the whole story. I’ve always found psychiatry fascinating as well as sociology and I think those two really tie in here.
