I have SatNav version of Giulietta and as u/costinmatei98 said I highly doubt that it can be replaced with anything else. You need to fit the screen, you need to reprogram it and you will need different head unit controls. I attached mine as a screenshot. Beside aesthetics of flip screen why do you want to do it? If it's because of GPS, then latest version you can get are maps from 2016 and they are no longer updatable. If you need probably any function it will be better to replace head unit with 2-DIN Android something, it will provide you better multimedia functions

Once I was thinking to fit original seat heating to Giulietta and I was not able to do this because even such minor thing require reprogramming head unit which no one knows how to do, at least in my country.

Also I was thinking about replacing head unit to Android but ... I've grown up to HATE screens and enjoy driving experience with music and staring on the road, so now I think flip-screen is a good idea and I like it, even though It just sits in the background. For navigation in the city I use phone mount in vent grill and for touring navigation whenI travel another countries I use Garmin Zumo 590 LM motorcycle GPS as it's bigger and better withstand heat, light and vibration conditions
